Ali sold me a 2021 Tesla Model Y Long Range. The price was great, no shenanigans, and the car was in very good condition. It has been three months now, and it is running just fine. Ali was direct and straightforward on the history of the car as well. It wasn't perfect as it was in a prior accident, but he walked me through the repair history and provided the documents as well. It was acceptable to me, and the price had reflected that. Overall I believe Ali is rare in this field - someone you can trust to tell you what he thinks. I believe his word is much more important to him than to make a sale. And if you are a stranger reading this and are on the fence, I would give him the benefit of the doubt. I would recommend him to my own family.

In November of 2025, I purchased a car from Zen Auto Sales. Ali and his dad were very professional and upfront about the vehicle and showed the Carfax, Warranty, etc. They went out of their way to help me understand how some things worked on the vehicle. There were 3 things that I requested to be done for the sale. Ali and his dad arranged for me to go to several different businesses to address these issues. I item was the heated seat, the back of the seat heated but not the seat. The heated seat could not be repaired so Zen Auto said they would replace the seat. After multiple attempts to get the new seat put into my car (time delayed mainly due to my unavailability). September 2026 the seat was exchanged. I highly recommend this family dealership. I experienced great customer service. It is very impressive that after 11 months Ali and his dad are still taking care of their customer.
