They even drove it to our mechanic and let him do the safety. We were only given one key to the car when we asked about a second key, they did not have one. Above their amazing customer service and extensive knowledge about used cars, they are both genuine people which made buying my 2011 Ford Ranger from Zen's an easy choice. They took the time to answer all my questions and attended to any problems I had with the vehicle when I went for a test drive - they fixed the broken heating, they repainted the rusted tire rims, they even changed the transmission fluid and checked the oil. A month after the purchase I had an issue with the battery and they went above and beyond to help me with that too. I am very lucky to have stumbled across Zen's through a kijiji advertisement!
