Ali was absolutely fantastic. He was honest from the get go about the Audi Q5 that I purchased from Zens auto. Ali and his father very honest. It is a dealership with sales reps that are Transparent. Ali even went the extra mile, allowing me to take the vehicle to a near by mechanic shop for inspection. Everything checked out. Both Ali and his father are honest and care about building lasting relationships in their business. They don’t care about the sale they care about transparency and being there to answer all your questions. If you’re considering this dealership, do not think twice. First time buying a car from Ali and his Dad. they were great to deal with. Upfront with the cars history and condition. When we asked to have our mechanic look at it, no problem. They even drove it to our mechanic and let him do the safety. We were only given one key to the car when we asked about a second key, they did not have one. To resolve the problem they offered to pay for a second key. These guys do everything they can to make you happy and comfortable with your purchase.

I was nervous about buying my first car because my knowledge was limited. Thank goodness for the father and son duo at Zen's Auto Sales. Above their amazing customer service and extensive knowledge about used cars, they are both genuine people which made buying my 2011 Ford Ranger from Zen's an easy choice. They took the time to answer all my questions and attended to any problems I had with the vehicle when I went for a test drive - they fixed the broken heating, they repainted the rusted tire rims, they even changed the transmission fluid and checked the oil. A month after the purchase I had an issue with the battery and they went above and beyond to help me with that too. I am very lucky to have stumbled across Zen's through a kijiji advertisement! Apart from their business as car salesmen, they make a mean manakish sandwich :)
