I had a good experience with Zen's Auto Sales. They were upfront and honest about the vehicle I was inquiring about and they did their best to answer all my questions. They allowed (even suggested) me to take the vehicle to any mechanic in the area to get a unbiased inspection, were open to the feedback, and agreed to address a few things that came up during that process. Ali and his father were polite and friendly. They offered me fair compensation for my trade-in vehicle (though I was offered more elsewhere) and were open to some negotiation based on our respective vehicles condition. I ended finding and purchasing a vehicle that was a better fit for me elsewhere but that had very little to do with the dealership or the two gentleman running it.

They were open on a Saturday, had a great selection of cars priced very fairly (some even below market), and were very honest about the condition of each vehicle. The car I chose had only minor damage in the past, which they repaired properly, and it’s been running beautifully. They worked with my budget and showed me several options without pressure. The paperwork was smooth and straightforward, and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable even offering food and drinks while we went through the process on a hot day. What impressed me most was the care after the sale. The next day, Zein personally took my car for inspection, replaced the rear brake pads, and made sure everything was in excellent condition before handing it over. This team is generous with their time, very transparent, and genuinely care about their customers. If you’re looking for a good deal, I recommend visiting them in person (don’t just call), because the cars move fast. I had my car fully registered in my name within two days.
